Ordering Processing
Your orders are processed within 1~2 business days. Therefore, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Mon ~ Fri, excluding public holidays). All purchases are only shipped once payment is received and confirmed by us. 

Payment Methods
Payment must be made and confirmed it is received by us before Order is processed and shipped. 

 Payment can be made by using following methods: 

a) Cash On Delivery (COD)
b) Direct Bank-in to Bank Account (For Malaysian buyers only):

c) Pay By BOOST (Scan our QR CODE)

Most if not all majors banks (in Malaysia) via their online banking facility (for an example, maybank2u.com from Maybank) offer 3rd party fund transfer and interbank Giro fund transfer facilities. You may wish to explore that as well.

After banking in, please contact us, or fax the bank-in slip to: 016-830 1938/016-830 1939/ 088-242802 or scan and email the image to : support@dentalclinic.com.my. 

Currency Use 
All prices listed is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 

Order Cancellations 
Orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. For instance: Product ordered is not available. 

   a) Cancelled due to request from the customer.
   b) Invalid delivery addressed provided.
   c) Duplicate order is placed.
   d) Failure in processing payment information, including failure in obtaining authorization          for  your payment. 

Changing Order 
You are able to change order details like adjust the quantity ordered, or cancel an order at any time before you click "Submit Order" on the review order page. However, if you have a problem with an order, you can return it, either through the post or dropping the products off at our business premises (please refer to Contact Us page).
